Button Description

Setting the Mode



Select which step of the movie-making process you want to work on by clicking one of the three mode buttons at the top left of the Studio window: When you switch modes, the Studio screen changes to display the controls needed for the new mode.



This Button is Used for Importing the electronic footage to the Pinnacle Studio from the various devices such as Hard disk, CD's, Webcams, USB devices and Handy cams etc.



This Button is used for Editing the raw footage to a movie. This window consists of various types of of video editing tools which are as follows :

  Shows all the videos footage or files. It has two segment :
a) Files    :   In this window we see the video files.
b) Scene  :   In this window we can see all the Scene available in the selected video.


  Shows all the Transitions which are installed in our Pinnacle Studio.

 It is a Studio Player which have various key functions like Playing, Go to Beginning, Fast Reverse, Fast Forward, Loop Playback, Running Time Screen (from Left to Right)


It is a Master Volume  key controller, it does not effects the final audio level that are to be produced in the movie.

   It is a DVD toggle Button which directly helps to jump to the particular chapter ans scene of the movie in the DVD cassette.

  It is a collection of many key features like

•   This key  is used for adjusting the length (duration) of video clip.  It can adjust  the length of  clip by cutting the video clip from the beginning and at the end.
  
•   This key is used for changing the properties of Montage Theme. It will help to make video attractive with the help of various Montage Theme.
  
•    This key is used for adding Titles on the movie and Making Casting of the movie. It has many features :

•   This key is used for making the DVD Menu of the movie and assigning (setting) its Chapter for the movie.
  
•    This key is used for grabbing the frame (image) from the movie and frame is used for making the freezing effect on video.
  

•   This key is used for making music video automatically (Smart Movie) and it helps add a closing Credits on the movie.
  
•   It helps to edit the video overlay using picture-in-picture and Chroma keying.
  
  1. Picture-in- Picture : It consists of  two main features
     
     • Scale : It is used for scaling the video and resizing the video clip to an overlay clip.
     • Crop : It is used for cropping the video clip as per requirement and it also make a border of video clip.
       
  2. Chroma Key : This is used for removing the background from video clip. First of all video footage are taken in front Green or Blue screen and then it can be removed from the video clip.
     
     
•   This key is used for adding a video effect on the particular clip to show an extra effect. It consists of following video effects.
